1. Public website only

This website provides general business and product information. Access to the ReasonMD EMR is governed by separate customer agreements, a business associate agreement when applicable, product privacy documentation, and other onboarding materials. These website terms are not a customer subscription agreement or BAA.

2. No medical advice or emergency use

Website content is informational and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. This public website is not intended for patient care or emergencies. Do not submit protected health information, patient records, or sensitive clinical information through public forms or general email.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a manner that impairs service, impersonate another person, or use it to violate law or the rights of others.

4. Product information and availability

We may update website content, functionality descriptions, and availability information. Website descriptions do not create a contractual commitment. Current product scope, connected services, implementation requirements, and contractual commitments must be confirmed in applicable customer documentation.

5. Electronic prescribing and independent choice

Electronic prescribing functionality and connected services are subject to implementation, approval, configuration, and applicable customer documentation. Prescribers retain independent control over medication selection. ReasonMD and its connected e-prescribing services do not require or limit a prescriber’s choice of medication for commercial reasons.

Patients retain the right to choose their pharmacy. ReasonMD and its connected e-prescribing services do not require use of a particular pharmacy or interfere with the patient’s pharmacy choice. Formulary, benefit, interaction, and safety information may be displayed to support review, but it does not replace the prescriber’s independent clinical judgment.

6. Intellectual property

The website and its text, design, graphics, product names, logos, screenshots, video, and other content are owned by or licensed to ReasonMD and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for legitimate evaluation of ReasonMD, but may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative commercial materials without permission.

7. Third-party links and services

The website may link to third-party sites or refer to third-party services. Those resources are controlled by their operators and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. A link or reference does not by itself imply certification, endorsement, or production connectivity.

8. Disclaimers

The public website is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep information useful and accurate but do not promise that all content will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. Any warranties or service commitments relating to the ReasonMD product are stated only in applicable customer agreements.

9. Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ReasonMD is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general public-website information, misuse of the website, or third-party resources. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Specific contractual limitations for customers, if any, are contained in applicable customer agreements.
